Asia Raincraft: Yangon Edition

The Water Agency is bringing a small-scale edition of Asia Raincraft to Yangon, blending creativity with community spirit. This initiative is all about empowering young people by providing a unique platform to explore water and climate issues through Minecraft.

We’re reaching out to a diverse group, from children to young professionals, with two tailored program formats. Starting with a needs assessment, the curriculum will be customized to match the interests and learning styles of the participants. Through a series of interactive workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, participants will learn about essential topics like water in urban environments, water-centric design, green infrastructure, and the importance of community involvement in building a sustainable city. They will also engage in hands-on learning and collaborative building exercises within the Minecraft world, which helps develop their teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

By the end of the program, participants will gain a deeper understanding of water-related issues, bring their ideas to life in the Minecraft virtual world, and build valuable connections within a community of like-minded individuals.
