At The Water Agency, we believe in transforming challenges into opportunities for innovation and sustainability. The Bali Raincraft x 10th World Water Forum is a testament to this vision, where the landscapes of Bali become a virtual playground for creativity and environmental stewardship.
In the kick-off of the project, a workshop was inaugurated with nineteen enthusiastic participants, making up five dynamic teams, who came together with a shared mission: to reimagine water resilience through the pixelated world of Minecraft. The workshop’s core was the mentorship sessions, where our experts at The Water Agency guided participants to focus on a specially selected study case location in Bali. This setting, rich in natural beauty, became a canvas for innovation. Participants were trained to master strategic thinking and problem-solving within the game environment, reflecting real environmental challenges.

The goal of the “game” was not only to excel in Minecraft but to draw parallels to real-world applications that could make a tangible impact on water resilience. These participants were not just players; they were architects of future strategies, building their understanding block by block.

At the Water Agency, we are excited to see how this innovative approach can inspire real-world solutions for a sustainable future. With Bali Raincraft, the fusion of gaming and environmental stewardship continues to break new ground.
